摘  要:优选107密封胶为基胶,碳酸钙填料补强,搭配适量交联剂、偶联剂、防霉剂以及催化剂等助剂,制备了一种适用于厨卫类湿热环境的防霉密封胶。试验过程中,考察了密封胶配方中交联剂用量、填料碳酸钙、防霉剂工艺等原料变量对密封胶物理性能、防霉效果的影响。结果表明,硅酮密封胶的力学粘接性能迅速提升,但过量的使用会影响到密封胶的断裂伸长率;碳酸钙填料的加入改善了防霉密封胶的物理力学性能,纳米碳酸钙粒径最小,所制密封胶拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最高;液体防霉剂比较容易分散,其防霉效果明显要好于固体防霉剂,只需加入1份就能达到0级防霉等级。107 silicone rubber was preferably selected as the base rubber,reinforced with calcium carbonate filler,and with an appropriate amount of cross linking agent,coupling agent,mildew inhibitor and catalyst,an anti mold sealant seal suitable for the humid and hot environment of kitchen and bathroom was prepared.During the test,the effects of raw material variables such as the amount of crosslinking agent,filler calcium carbonate,and antifungal agent technology in the sealant formula on the physical properties and anti-mold effect of the sealant were investigated.The results showed that the mechanical bonding properties of silicone sealants improved rapidly,but excessive use would affect the elongation at break of the sealants.The addition of calcium carbonate fillers improved the physical and mechanical properties of anit-mold sealants,the nano calcium carbonate particle size was the smallest,and the tensile strength and elongation at break of the sealant were the highest.The liquid anti-mold agent was easier to disperse,and its anti-mold effect was obviously better than that of the solid anti-mold agent,and only 1 part could be added to achieve grade 0 anti-mold grade.
