摘 要:为解决重载运输下桥梁裂缝修补问题,试验制备了一种苯丙乳液(SAE)改性超细混凝土修补材料。结果表明,SAE含量增加会使试件抗折强度先升后降,抗压强度下降,界面粘接性能和抗疲劳性能提高;当添加15%SAE时,材料极限拉应力、拉应变分别为2.34 MPa、2.25%,增幅分别为81.4%和562%,材料韧性提高;SAE含量12%最为适宜,此时,修补材料的极限拉应力、拉应变分别为1.78 MPa、2.02%,界面粘接强度为1.9 MPa,凝结时间短,抗疲劳性能良好。试验制备的SAE改性修补材料可以作为不中断交通重载运输情况下的桥梁裂缝修补材料使用。In order to solve the problem of bridge crack repair under heavy load transportation,a styrene acrylic lotion(SAE)modified ultra-fine concrete repair material was prepared in this experiment.The test results showed that increase of SAE content first increased and then decreased the flexural strength of the specimen,decreased the compressive strength,and improved the interface bonding performance and fatigue resistance.When 15%SAE was added,the ultimate tensile stress and tensile strain of the material were 2.34 MPa and 2.25%,with an increase of 81.4%and 562%,respectively,and the toughness of the material was improved.The SAE content of 12%was the most suitable.At this time,the ultimate tensile stress and tensile strain of the repair material were 1.78 MPa and 2.02%,respectively,and the interfacial bonding strength was 1.9 MPa,with short coagulation time and good fatigue resistance.The SAE modified repair material prepared by the test can be used as a bridge crack repair material without interrupting traffic and heavy load transportation.
