摘 要:针对传统沥青路面材料养护周期长的问题,提出一种早强型环氧沥青路面材料的制备。试验对早强型环氧沥青配比进行优化,对优化后沥青混合料路用性能进行研究。试验结果表明,当相容剂用量与基质沥青用量分别为环氧树脂质量的16%和60%,环氧树脂与固化剂配比为1∶0.8,基础固化剂与协同固化剂配比为9∶1。以此条件制备的沥青养护12 h后即可达到41 N,完全固化时间为20 h;各项性能均满足JTG/T 3364-02—2019规范要求,在实际工程应用中可快速开放交通。Aiming at the problem of long maintenance period of traditional asphalt pavement materials,an early strength epoxy asphalt pavement material was prepared.The ratio of early strength epoxy asphalt was optimized,and the road performance of the optimized asphalt mixture was studied.The experimental results showed that when the dosage of compatibilizer and the amount of matrix asphalt were 16%and 60%of the mass of epoxy resin,the ratio of epoxy resin to curing agent was 1∶0.8,and the ratio of basic curing agent to co curing agent was 9∶1.The asphalt prepared under this condition could reach 41 N after 12 h of curing,and the complete curing time was 20 h,and all the properties met the requirements of JTG/T 3364-02—2019 specification,and could be quickly opened to traffic in practical engineering applications.
