摘 要:针对粘性土初始含水率较低时水泥固化土的拌合质量,通过室内试验研究了水泥固化海相粘土中初始含水率与混合质量之间的关系。结果表明,在初始含水率(w 0)小于粘土的液限(w L)的情况下测试其强度,发现强度在w 0为0.925w L时达到峰值,在w 0为0.85w L时下降;在w 0为0.775w L时相比于w 0为0.925w L时强度有增有减,变得不稳定。使用初始含水率为1.0 w L和1.2w L的强度得到的强度估算公式,随着w 0变得小于w L,固化土的强度降低超过估算强度,认为是粘土初始含水率降低后,水泥掺入引起的强度增加,流动性下降,降低了混合料的质量,以致强度没有充分发挥。The relationship between the initial moisture content and the mixing quality of cement stabilized marine clay was studied through indoor experiments,targeting the mixing quality of cement stabilized soil with low initial moisture content in cohesive soil.The results showed when the initial moisture content(w 0)was less than the liquid limit(w L)of the clay,the strength was tested,and it was found that the strength reached a peak at w 0 of 0.925 wL and decreased at w 0 of 0.85 w L.Compared with w 0=0.925 w L,the strength increased or decreased at w 0=0.775 w L and became unstable.Using the strength estimation formula obtained with the initial moisture content of 1.0 w L and 1.2 w L,as w 0 becomes less than w L,the strength of solidified soil decreased beyond the estimated strength.It was believed that after the initial moisture content of clay decreases,the strength increased and the fluidity decreased caused by the incorporation of cement,which reduces the quality of the mixture and does not give full play to the strength.
