摘　　要：中国共产党历来重视法制建设,红色档案所见中国共产党法制宣传教育的多元路径主要包括国家机关报等报刊专栏、重大案件的公开审判以及宣传标语与相关教育培训活动以实现宣传教育的目标。从红色档案中记载的新民主主义革命时期中国共产党法制宣传教育的多元路径,指出新时代法治宣传教育的过程中要立足新诉求与新实际,明确法治宣传教育的针对性与方法性,实现党的宣传思想创造性转化与创新性发展。The Communist Party of China has always attached importance to the construction of the legal system to protect the political rights of the people.The multiple paths of the legal publicity and education of the Communist Party of China as seen in the red Archives mainly include the column of the newspaper,the public trial of major cases,and the propaganda slogans and related education and training activities to achieve the goal of publicity and education.Based on the multiple paths of legal publicity and education of the Communist Party of China in the new democratic revolution period recorded in the red Archives,it is necessary to refine the process of legal publicity and education in the new era based on new demands and new realities,clarify the pertinence and methodological nature of legal publicity and education work,so as to realize the creative transformation and innovative development of the Party's propaganda thought.
