清初西藏地方军事档案研究——以《藏四茹兵册》为考察中心

摘　　要：清初西藏地方军事档案是研究西藏地方政治、经济、军事、文化等重要历史事件的第一手资料,典型代表有《藏四茹兵册》。本文从历史军事档案角度解读《藏四茹兵册》,考察其表征、主旨和制度,探讨其在西藏地方档案发展史上的成就。旨在以清初西藏地方军事档案为凭据,考量清初中央政府对西藏地方的治理,阐释西藏地方各民族军事制度之间存在多元“互鉴”,以证明西藏地方档案是中华多民族历史档案的有机构成部分,进而阐明西藏自古以来就是中国不可分割的一部分,粉碎西方反华势力和十四世达赖集团企图分裂中国的图谋。The local military archives of Xizang in early Qing Dynasty are the first-hand materials for the study of important historical events such as politics,economy,military and culture in Xizang.The typical representative is the Four Military Sub-Command in Tsang Region.From the perspective of historical military archives,this paper interprets the Four Military Sub-Command in Tsang Region,examines its characterization,theme and system,and discusses its achievements in the development history of Xizang local archives.The purpose of this paper is to take the local military archives of Xizang in early Qing Dynasty as the evidence,to examine the central government's governance of Xizang in early Qing Dynasty,to explain the existence of multiple“mutual learning”among the military systems of various ethnic groups in Xizang,so as to prove that the local archives of Xizang are an organic part of the multi-ethnic historical archives of China,to clarify that Xizang has been an inseparable part of China since ancient times,and to crush the western anti-China forces and the 14th Dalai Lama group's attempt to split China.
