摘　　要：文章首先解读在电子档案“单套制”管理方式下的大型城建项目电子档案的内容与特点,其次从大型城建项目单位与城建档案馆工作实况出发研究两方档案工作中的痛点与难点,最后尝试提出可能的对策:打造全周期线上电子档案管理与移交渠道、落实管理责任主体与责任范围、细化电子档案归档节点、助力提升电子档案移交质量。This article first interprets the content and characteristics of electronic archives for large-scale urban construction projects under the“single-set system”management approach.It then examines the pain points and difficulties in archival work from the perspective of both the entities involved in large urban construction projects and the operational reality of urban construction archives.Finally,it attempts to propose possible strategies:creating a fullcycle online channel for the management and transfer of electronic archives,implementing clear responsibilities and scope for managing entities,refining the archiving nodes for electronic records,and helping to improve the quality of electronic archives transfer.
