摘　　要：在档案管理中,元数据是描述档案内容、结构、背景等属性的数据,有助于高效管理电子档案,保障电子文件的真实性、完整性、可用性和安全性。基于识别、收集和管理城市轨道交通工程中原生电子文件携带的大量元数据的现实需要,通过调查,分析元数据在城市轨道交通工程业务活动中呈现出的特殊性,厘清目前元数据归档工作的难点,提出元数据归档的三条优化路径,并探析科学的元数据归档方案,力图解决目前存在的元数据归档范围不明确、内容不清晰等问题。In archival management,metadata is the data that describes the content,structure,background,and other attributes of archives,which helps to efficiently manage electronic archives and ensure the authenticity,integrity,usability,and security of electronic documents.Based on the practical need to identify,collect,and manage the extensive metadata contained within native electronic documents in urban rail transit projects,through investigation,this paper analyzes the unique characteristics of metadata in business activities of urban rail transit projects,clarifies the current difficulties in metadata archiving,proposes three optimization paths for metadata archiving,and explores a scientific metadata archiving scheme,striving to solve the existing problems such as unclear scope and content of metadata archiving.
