创业激情对大学生创业意向影响的Meta分析

摘　　要：创业激情是创业研究中备受关注的领域之一,创业意向是预测创业行为的最佳指标,而学界对创业激情与创业意向间关系的方向与强弱的研究尚未形成一致结论,因此,采用Meta分析法对国内外13项实证研究、4882条样本进行处理,探讨两者间的真实关系及影响因素。研究发现,创业激情与大学生创业意向表现出积极的正相关关系(r=0.46),创业意向测量方式、中介变量和取样地点对二者间的关系均发挥了调节作用。主效应的相关强度受测量工具的影响,未来研究应注重测量工具的选择;创新能力对效应值的影响相较于创业机敏性与创业自我效能来说更为显著;同时,与其他取样地点的大学生相比,美国大学生的创业激情对创业意向的影响更强,但由于各个国家样本数量较少,故比较结果可能存在不稳定性。Entrepreneurial passion is one of the areas that have attracted much attention in entrepreneurial research,and entrepreneurial intention is the best indicator to predict entrepreneurial behavior.However,the academic community has not yet reached a consistent conclusion on the direction and strength of the relationship between entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intention.Therefore,this paper uses Meta-analysis to process 13 empirical studies and 4882 samples at home and abroad to explore the real relationship and influencing factors between them.The study finds that entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial intent of college students show a positive correlation(r=0.46),and the measurement method of entrepreneurial intention,mediating variables and sampling location all play a moderating role in the relationship between the two.The correlation intensity of the main effect is affected by the measurement tools,so future research should pay attention to the selection of measurement tools.The influence of innovation ability on the effect size is more significant than entrepreneurial agility and entrepreneurial self-efficacy.At the same time,compared with college students in other sample locations,the entrepreneurial passion of American college students has a stronger impact on entrepreneurial intention.However,due to the small sample size of each country,the comparison results may have some unstabilities.
