基于WBS-RBS与AHP法的葠窝水库除险加固工程项目风险研究

摘　　要：针对大型水库除险加固工程项目管理的复杂性,本文运用WBS-RBS与AHP法对葠窝水库除险加固工程项目开展风险识别与评价。研究表明,施工组织设计、勘察设计偏差、项目管理人员的能力、现场人员的责任心及成本管理为主要风险因素,该研究可为大型混凝土重力坝水库除险加固工程的风险管理提供参考借鉴。In view of the complexity of the management of the danger control and reinforcement project in large reservoirs,the method WBS-RBS and AHP is applied to identify and evaluate the risk during the danger control and reinforcement project.The study shows that the main risk factors are construction organization design,survey and design deviation,project management person⁃nel's ability,field personnel's responsibility and cost management.The study can provide reference for risk management of largescale concrete gravity dam reservoir danger control and reinforcement project.
