摘 要:年调节水库库容系数与调节系数之间的关系与来水过程、用水过程以及设计保证率等多种因素有关。以汤村水库为例,对三处坝址进行长系列时历法水量平衡计算分析,分析发现:水库在年调节条件下,调节系数随着库容系数的增大而逐渐增大,但增大的速率逐渐减小;库容系数与调节系数呈幂函数关系,随着调节系数的增大而逐渐增大,且增大的速率逐渐增大;水库复蓄指数(多年平均)与库容系数呈幂函数关系,且随着库容系数的增大而逐渐减小;坝址、库容系数相同,供水时的调节系数大于灌溉时的调节系数。研究成果可供新建水库前期规划和已建水库供水能力复核等参考。The relationship between the annual regulation reservoir capacity coefficient and the regulation coefficient is influenced by various factors,including inflow processes,water usage processes,and design assurance rates.Taking Tangcun Reservoir as an example,through calculations and analysis of the long time series of hydrological data at three dam sites.It was found that the reservoir's under annual regulation conditions,regulation coefficient gradually increased as the reservoir capacity coefficient increases,and the rate of increase decreased gradually.There was a power function relationship between the reservoir capacity coefficient and the regulation coefficient,with the reservoir capacity factor gradually increasing as the regulation factor increases,and the rate of increase gradually increasing.The reservoir storage index(multi-year average)also had a power function relationship with the reservoir capacity factor,and it gradually decreased as the reservoir capacity factor increases.These patterns of change are independent of the dam site and water usage function.When the dam site and reservoir capacity factor are the same,the regulation factor for water supply is greater than the regulation factor for irrigation.The research findings can be used as a reference for preliminary planning of new reservoirs and for the reevaluation of the water supply capacity of existing reservoirs.
