摘  要:渤海低渗油田开发是未来产量接替、稳产增产的重要组成部分,但海上现有低渗水处理规模小,工艺流程差异性大。通过总结海上现有低渗水处理工艺流程及应用效果,并对比分析了海上应用的膜过滤及改性纤维球过滤器两种低渗水处理技术的特点,在渤海油田标准化水处理工艺流程基础上,提出了斜板除油器-气浮-核桃壳过滤器-双介质过滤器-膜过滤/改性纤维球过滤器的低渗水处理工艺流程,并对低渗水处理技术发展及流程设计提出了建议,以期为渤海低渗油田的开发设计提供指导借鉴,进一步推动渤海低渗油田的开发利用。The development of Bohai low permeability oilfields is an important component of future production succession,stable production and increased production.However,the existing offshore low permeability water treatment scale is small,and there are significant differences in process flow.By summarizing the existing processes and application effects of low permeability water treatment at sea,and comparing and analyzing the characteristics of membrane filtration and modified fiber ball filter technologies,this study proposes a low permeability water treatment process for Bohai oilfield.The proposed process includes inclined plate degreaser-air float-walnut shell filter-double medium filter-membrane filtration/modified fiber ball filter.Additionally,suggestions are provided for the development of low permeability water treatment technology and process design in order to guide the development and design of low permeability oilfields,as well as promote their further utilization.
