摘 要:为了推进氢能源汽车的发展,降低加氢预冷成本,提出一种含涡流管的加氢预冷系统。通过搭建涡流管制冷实验台,探究不同冷流率下涡流管制冷变化规律。结合工程热力学相关知识对含涡流管的加氢预冷系统的制冷循环和氢气变化过程进行热力学分析,推导加氢预冷系统的性能指标。结果表明,存在最佳冷流率使涡流管制冷效应达到最大,将涡流管应用于新型加氢预冷系统中能使系统功耗和系统制冷功耗比减小。通过涡流管制冷实验台的搭建,使学生全面了解涡流管的工作原理,提高了学生的理论和实践能力。In order to promote the development of hydrogen vehicles and reduce the cost of a hydrogen pre-cooling,a novel hydrogen pre-cooling system based on vortex tubes is proposed.A vortex tube cooling experiment is built to investigate the law of cooling effect of the vortex tube under different coldout flow rates.Thermodynamic analysis is carried out for the refrigeration cycle and the hydrogen variation process of a novel hydrogenation precooling system with vortex tubes,and derivation of its performance indicators,based on engineering thermodynamics.The results of the experiment show that there exists an optimal cold flow rate to maximize the cooling effect of vortex.A thermodynamic analysis reveals that the application of vortex tubes to a novel hydrogenation pre-cooling system leads to a gradual reduction of system power consumption and system refrigeration power consumption ratio.By combining experiments and thermodynamic analysis using a constructed experimental setup for vortex tube cooling,students can fully understand the working principle of vortex tube and improve their theoretical and experimental ability.
