摘　　要：基于溶解性总固体(TDS)电极测量方法,研发出一种以家用交流电源插头为测量电极的低成本小型水质TDS检测系统。以Arduino电子原型开源平台为控制及数据处理核心,采用自主研制的激励与信号处理模块和温度补偿模块完成物理量转换,并通过有机发光半导体显示屏实时显示TDS测量结果。以该TDS检测系统为基础,设计了主要性能参数测量和温度补偿基础性实验、影响因素探究拓展性实验及实际水样测量应用实验。结果表明,该系统具有良好的精确度和稳定性,可应用于综合创新实验教学。A low-cost,compact total dissolved solids(TDS)detection system is developed for water quality by using a household AC power plug as the measurement electrode.The system is based on the TDS electrode determination method,with Arduino serving as the data processing core.Key components,such as the electrode excitation module,signal processing module,and temperature compensation module,are designed.An organic light-emitting diode display is used to display real-time TDS measurement results.Additionally,a series of innovative experiments are designed based on the TDS detection system,including basic experiments for performance measurement and temperature compensation,extended experiments for investigating influential factors,and application experiments using actual water samples.The results demonstrate that the system has good accuracy and stability,making it suitable for teaching comprehensive innovation experiments.
