摘 要:为实现对高压异步电动机的在线状态监测、故障诊断和预测性维护,研发了一套基于LabVIEW的高压异步电动机故障诊断系统。系统通过传感器实时采集电动机运行数据,基于数据分析获取反映电动机故障的特征量,实现电动机状态的在线监测和典型故障诊断。搭建的实验室测试平台对所述系统的有效性进行了测试,结果表明,该系统能准确、快速地辨识出定子匝间短路、转子断条、轴承缺陷等典型故障,并进行可视化报警提示及关键数据存储,为电厂高压异步电动机关键辅机的“按需维护”与“预测性维修”提供了技术支撑。Asynchronous motors are widely used in fields such as energy and manufacturing,and their safe and stable operation is crucial for production and personal safety.In order to achieve online condition monitoring,fault diagnosis,and predictive maintenance for high-voltage asynchronous motors,this paper develops a high-voltage asynchronous motor fault diagnosis system based on LabVIEW.This system collects real-time motor operation data through sensors,and uses data analysis to obtain characteristic quantities that reflect motor faults,thereby realizing online monitoring of motor status and typical fault diagnosis.The effectiveness of the system is tested on a laboratory test platform,and the results show that the system can accurately and quickly identify typical faults such as stator interturn short circuit,rotor broken bar,and bearing defects,and provide visual alarm prompts and key data storage,which supports“on-demand maintenance”and“predictive repair”for critical auxiliary high-voltage asynchronous motors in thermal power plants.
