摘　　要：建筑施工合同在建筑项目中扮演着关键的角色,旨在确保项目的顺利进行并保障各方的权益。然而,建筑施工合同涉及复杂的法律关系和风险可能导致合同纠纷、经济损失以及项目延误等问题。文章旨在深入探析建筑施工合同中存在的法律风险。为了有效应对这些风险,文章提出了在合同起草、工程实施和履约结束等不同阶段应采取的防范措施,包括明确的合同条款、完善的变更和索赔管理、合理的工期控制以及质量监控机制等,通过落实防范措施,可以降低法律风险,确保建筑项目的顺利进行和合作关系的良好发展。The construction contract plays a key role in the construction project,aiming to ensure the smooth progress of the project and protect the rights and interests of all parties.However,construction contracts involve complex legal relationships and risks that may lead to contractual disputes,economic losses,and project delays.This paper aims to deeply explore the legal risks existing in the construc-tion contract.In order to effectively deal with these risks,this paper puts forward preventive measures to be taken at different stages of con-tract drafting,project implementation and completion of performance,including clear contract terms,perfect change and claim manage-ment,reasonable construction period control and quality monitoring mechanism,etc.By implementing these preventive measures,legal risks can be reduced.Ensure the smooth progress of construction projects and the good development of cooperative relations.
