摘 要:该文探讨了体教融合背景下我国高校田径教学改革的问题和策略。当前,高校田径教学存在认知定位偏差、教学内容枯燥、考核方式单一、教师理论和实践水平不足以及课程吸引力不足等问题。针对这些问题,该文采用逻辑分析法、文献资料法等研究方法,探索出了相应的改革策略,包括革新固有观念,肯定田径价值;引入趣味游戏,创新教学方式;加强教师培训,优化授课技能;拓展课外活动,支撑田径教学;设立个性标准,完善评价机制,旨在提高高校田径教学的质量和吸引力,促进学生的全面发展。通过这些策略的实施,推动高校田径教学与体育教育的深度融合,为培养具有健康体魄和全面素质的人才作出贡献。This paper discusses the problems and strategies of track and field teaching reform in colleges and universities in China under the background of the integration of sports and education.At present,there are problems in track and field teaching in colleges and universities,such as the biased cognitive orientation,boring teaching content,single assessment method,insufficient theoretical and practical level of teachers and insufficient curriculum attraction.In order to solve these problems,this paper explores corresponding reform strategies by using the methods of logical analysis and literature review,including innovating ideas to affirm the value of track and field,introducing interesting games to innovate teaching methods,strengthening teacher training to optimize their teaching skills,expanding extracurricular activities to support track and field teaching,and setting up personalized standards to improve the evaluation mechanism,aiming to improve the quality and attractiveness of track and field teaching in colleges and universities and promote the all-round development of students.By implementing these strategies,we can promote the deep integration of track and field teaching and physical education in colleges and universities,and make contributions to cultivating talents with healthy physique and all-round quality.
