摘　　要：女子竞技体操作为一项高技术性与高综合性的运动,其训练教学一直备受瞩目。该文致力于深入探讨女子竞技体操训练教学中实践与理论相互融合的有效路径,以提高训练质量和运动员整体水平。通过对竞技体操的发展历程和现行训练模式进行细致分析,以及对运动训练理论、发展心理学和生理学等理论的精准应用,进一步挖掘了实践案例,深入探讨理论与实践的密切关系。通过综合研究分析,为女子竞技体操训练提供创新性思路和切实可行的教学路径,以推动该领域的不断发展。这项研究将为教育者、运动员和体操领域的相关从业者提供有益的理论支持和实践指导。As a highly technical and comprehensive sport,women's competitive gymnastics has always been highly regarded in terms of training and teaching.This article is dedicated to exploring the effective path for the integration of practice and theory in the training and teaching of women's competitive gymnastics,in order to improve the quality of training and the overall level of athletes.Through a detailed analysis of the development process and current training models of competitive gymnastics,as well as the precise application of the theory such as sports training,developmental psychology and physiology,this paper further explores practical cases,and deeply explores the close relationship between theory and practice.Through comprehensive research and analysis,this paper provides innovative ideas and practical teaching paths for the training of women's competitive gymnastics,in order to promote the continuous development of this field.This study will provide useful theoretical support and practical guidance for training educators,athletes and practitioners in the field of gymnastics.
