摘　　要：该文旨在探讨职业足球俱乐部文化建设的意义及其在文化建设方面所面临的困境,并提出相应的破解路径。职业足球俱乐部的文化建设能够提高内部的凝聚力和发展内驱力,帮助俱乐部提升市场竞争力和经营管理绩效。同时,通过建设和传播俱乐部的核心理念与文化特点,可以扩大俱乐部的社会影响力,吸引更多球迷和赞助商,为俱乐部带来经济利益。然而,我国足球俱乐部面临文化传承和发展滞后、商业利益与文化建设的平衡困难、文化建设压力缺失、社会认同度和资源投入低等困境。为了解决这些问题,足球俱乐部应加强文化传承和教育,加强与当地社区的联系和共融,提高社会对俱乐部的认同度;同时建立科学的管理与评价体系,制定合理的商业策略和长期文化建设的计划,从而提高俱乐部的影响力和可持续发展能力。This article aims to explore the significance of cultural construction in professional football clubs and the challenges faced by them in cultural construction,and puts forward corresponding solution paths.The cultural development of professional football clubs can enhance internal cohesion and the drive for development,and assist clubs in improving their market competitiveness and management performance.At the same time,the establishment and dissemination of the core philosophy and cultural characteristics of clubs can expand their social influences and attract more fans and sponsors,so as to bring economic benefits to clubs.However,Chinese football clubs encounter dilemmas such as lagging cultural inheritance and development,difficulties in balancing commercial interests with cultural construction,a lack of cultural construction pressure,and low social recognition and resource investment.To address these issues,football clubs should strengthen cultural inheritance and education,enhance connections and integration with local communities and increase the social recognition of clubs,and they should also establish a scientific management and evaluation system,and formulate rational business strategies and long-term plans for cultural construction,so as to enhance clubs'influences and sustainable development capabilities.
