摘 要:针对不同种类、不同掺量矿物掺合料的高性能抗冲磨混凝土开展试验研究,探讨矿物掺合料对混凝土抗冲磨性能的影响规律,分析矿物掺合料改善混凝土抗冲磨性能的机理。结果表明:掺入矿物掺合料后,混凝土的抗压强度、抗冲磨强度均有显著地提高,脆性系数有一定程度的降低;混凝土抗压强度提升高达7%,脆性系数降低了约5%;抗冲磨强度提高了12%~19%。研究成果可为抗冲磨混凝土配合比设计及工程应用提供参考。Experimental study is carried out on high-performance abrasion resistant concrete with different types and different amounts of mineral admixtures to explore the influence of mineral admixtures on the erosion-resistant performance of the concrete and analyze how mineral admixtures improve the abrasion resistant performance mechanism of the concrete.The results show that after adding mineral admixtures,the compressive strength and abrasion resistance of concrete are significantly improved,and the brittleness coefficient is reduced to a certain extent;the compressive strength of concrete is increased by up to 7%,and the brittleness coefficient is reduced by 5%;the impact resistance is increased by 12%to 19%.The study results can provide reference for the mix design and engineering application of abrasion resistant concrete.
