摘 要:近坝库区滑坡涌浪严重威胁大坝及周边人员安全,明晰库区涌浪演化规律是该类型灾害预警的首要任务。以黄河上游某水电站工程大坝左岸4号倾倒变形体为对象,建立了基于Flow-3D Hydro原型尺度三维数值模型,分析了4号倾倒变形体不同部位原位失稳时的涌浪特性及传播演化特性。结果表明:近坝岸坡4号倾倒变形体失稳产生的涌浪类型为弱非线性震荡波,这种波型经过演化后往往次生波表现出最大波高、最大爬高等特征;如果将4号倾倒变形体分不同部位原位失稳,多宗龙洼沟侧整体下滑对坝前及坝下游建筑物无影响,可不做工程处理;但黄河侧原位整体下滑时,右坝肩最大浪高14.19 m,左坝肩最大浪高16.40 m,坝前爬坡高程约至3 009.00 m,超过防浪墙顶高程,严重危害面板堆石坝的安全,需要进一步的工程减灾措施。该研究成果可为库区滑坡涌浪灾害预警提供技术支撑。Landslide surges in the reservoir area near the dam seriously threaten the safety of the dam and surrounding personnel.Understanding the evolution law of surges in the reservoir area is the primary task of early warning for this type of disaster.Taking the No.4 toppling deformation body on the left bank of a hydropower station project in the upper reaches of the Yellow River as the object,a three-dimensional numerical model based on the Flow-3D Hydro prototype scale is established to analyze the surge characteristics and propagation-evolutionary characteristics when different parts of the No.4 toppling deformation body are in situ instability.The results show that the type of surge generated by the instability of the No.4 toppling deformation body near the dam bank is a weak nonlinear shock wave.After this wave type evolves,the secondary waves often show characteristics such as maximum wave height and maximum climbing height;if the No.4 toppling deformation body is divided into different parts and is in situ instability.The overall slide of the Duozonglong ditch side has no impact on the structures in front of the dam and at downstream of the dam,and no engineering treatment is required.However,when the Yellow River side slides in situ as a whole,the right dam abutment has the largest surge of 14.19 m and the maximum surge height on the left abutment is 16.40 m,and the climbing elevation in front of the dam is approximately 3009.00 m,exceeding the top elevation of the surge wall,seriously endangering the safety of the face rockfill dam and requiring further engineering mitigation measures.The study results can provide technical support for early warning of landslide surge disaster in the reservoir area.
