摘　　要：本文对“十三五”期间宜宾市中心城区、道路交通和功能区声环境质量监测数据进行了整理和分析。在对比“十二五”期间声环境质量监测数据的基础上,总结了宜宾市中心城区声环境质量状况,指出宜宾市中心城区声环境质量变化的原因,并提出宣传、执法、严控、优化等方面的噪声管控建议,为环保管理部门的噪声污染防治决策提供依据,为噪声污染防治提供新思路。This article organizes and analyzes the monitoring data of acoustic environment and environmental quality in the urban area,road traffi c,and functional areas of Yibin during the“13th Five Year”plan period.Based on the comparison of acoustic environment quality monitoring data during the“12th Five Year”plan period,summarize the acoustic environment quality status of the central urban area of Yibin,propose the reasons for changes in acoustic environment quality in the central urban area of Yibin,and propose noise control suggestions such as publicity,law enforcement,strict control,and optimization,providing a basis for environmental protection management departments to make noise pollution prevention and control decisions,new ideas provided for noise pollution prevention and control.
