摘  要:包带式星箭锁紧装置作为典型的星箭对接分离机构在航天领域应用广泛,某型包带式星箭锁紧装置要求两包带施加预紧力后的伸长量相差应不大于2 mm,预紧力相差不大于0.5 kN。通过工艺试验对专用加力设备在空载状态及带载状态加力一致性进行研究,通过调节液压泵打压速度和流量分配器开度,控制施加预紧力后的两包带伸长量相差在0.5 mm以内,摸清了包带预紧力加载一致性的工艺控制要素及参数。Clamp band system is widely used as joint-separate equipment in space engineering.When a clamp band system is deployed,the strain difference must be less than 2 mm,and the pre-tightening force difference must be less than 0.5 kN.Through the process test,the loading consistency of the special loading equipment in the no-load state and with load state is studied.Through changing the opening of the flow distributor and the suppressing speed of the hydraulic pump,it will be controlling the strain difference less than 0.5 mm.The process control elements and parameters of the applying consistency of the pre-tightening force of of the equipment are found out.
