摘　　要：随着工业4.0时代的到来,多轴加工在实际生产中的应用范围越来越广,并且在NX软件的不断更新下,新版本带来的高级加工策略可以使得多轴联动加工更加高效和便捷,表面加工质量也会更好,并且比传统的替换轴编程加工更加安全和直观。大模数窄退刀槽人字齿轮轴无法使用专用的齿轮加工设备进行滚齿加工,因此机床选用通用的四轴卧式加工中心,利用NX软件中的自动编程进行齿形的数控加工,并且在编程过程中选用新版NX软件中的高级多轴策略,以此来保证数控加工的精度和效率。With the arrival of Industry 4.0 era,the application range of multi-axis machining in practical production is becoming wider and wider.With the continuous updates of NX software,the advanced machining strategy brought by the new version can make multi-axis linkage machining more efficient and convenient,surface machining quality will also be better,and it is safer and more intuitive than traditional replacement axis programming machining.The large modulus narrow chamfer herringbone gear shaft can not use special gear machining equipment for gear hobbing,so the machine tool chooses the general four-axis horizontal machining center,uses the automatic programming in NX software to process the tooth profile,and selects the advanced multi-axis strategy in the new version of NX software in the programming process,so as to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of NC machining.
