基于普通车床的螺栓过渡圆角滚压强化装置设计

摘　　要：过渡圆角滚压强化是提高超高强度钢螺栓疲劳性能的一种工艺方法。介绍了一种应用于普通车床的螺栓过渡圆角滚压强化装置的结构组成及重要部件的详细结构特征,给出了滚压强化装置安装、使用方法。该装置采用单滚轮进行滚压强化加工,不仅可以满足螺栓疲劳强化要求,而且操作简单、快捷,适宜小批量螺栓过渡圆角强化加工,在生产中具有良好的实用性和经济性。Transition fillet rolling strengthening is a technological method to improve the fatigue performance of ultra-high strength steel bolts.This paper introduces the structure composition and the detailed structural features of the important parts of the rolling strengthening bolt transition fillet device applied on the ordinary lathe,and gives the installation and application method of the rolling strengthening device.The device uses a single roller for rolling strengthening processing,which can not only meet the requirements of bolt fatigue strengthening,but also the operation is simple and fast,suitable for small batch bolt transition fillet strengthening processing,and has good practicability and economy in production.
