摘  要:针对热处理炉控制面板存在的操作不便和数据采集困难等问题,提出一种可以远程操作并且实时监控的上位机控制系统。在不改变热处理炉原有控制系统的情况下,通过其温控器的RS485串口通讯建立上位机控制系统;通过增加无线通信模块,使热处理炉的控制不受空间和距离的限制,在无线网络覆盖下均可操作;通过建立上位机软件界面,使热处理炉的控制具有良好的可视化和灵活的操作性。实际测试结果表明:建立的热处理炉上位机控制系统结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠,对实验室多种设备的集中管控具有参考意义。Aiming at the problem that the control panel of the heat treatment furnace is inconvenient to operate and the data acquisition is difficult,a host computer control system that can be operated remotely and monitored in real time is proposed.Without changing the original control system of the heat treatment furnace,the host computer control system is established through the RS485 serial port communication of its thermostat.By adding a wireless communication module,the control of the heat treatment furnace is not limited by space and distance,but can be operated under the coverage of wireless network;by establishing the host computer software interface,the control of the heat treatment furnace has good visualization and flexible operability.The actual test results show that the established heat treatment furnace host computer control system is simple in structure,easy to operate,safe and reliable,and has reference significance for the centralized control of various equipment in the laboratory.
