摘　　要：为了能够实时监测供电电能质量,在电铲上增加了智能电力监测系统。介绍了电力监测系统的硬件构成及软件设计。该系统以PLC控制技术为基础,通过西门子PROFINET通讯技术实时采集供电电源的数据,对数据进行分析和诊断,并在上位机上显示,从而实现了对WK电铲的智能电力监测。In order to monitor the quality of power supply in real time,an intelligent power monitoring system is added to the shovel.The hardware structure and software design of the system are introduced.Based on PLC control technology and Siemens PROFINET communication technology,the data of power supply are collected in real time,analyzed and diagnosed,and displayed on the upper computer.As a result,the intelligent power monitoring of WK shovel is realized.
