摘　　要：干熄焦提升机包含的电气设备较多,各设备之间的联锁条件较为复杂,控制系统的自动化程度很高,在繁忙的生产节奏下,检修维护的时间非常有限。为了提高检修维护的效率,针对干熄焦提升机电气系统中存在的一些常见故障,从限位信号故障处理、制动器故障处理和提升机通讯掉站优化等方面进行了研究,并在现场取得了一定的应用效果。The coke dry quenching hoist contains a large number of electrical equipment,and the interlocking conditions between each equipment are relatively complex,resulting in a high degree of automation in the control system.Under the busy production rhythm,the time for maintenance and repair is very limited.In order to improve the efficiency of maintenance,some common faults existing in the electrical system of CDQ hoist are studied from the aspects of limit signal fault processing,brake fault processing,hoist communication outage optimization and so on.And some application results have been achieved in the field.
