摘 要:基于Ressine厚板理论,对余吾煤矿某工作面的层状顶板开展了力学特性研究,分析得到工作面基本顶初次破断时的挠度分布状态;同时利用3DEC数值模拟软件,对该工作面回采过程的覆岩变形和破断过程等特征进行系统性分析研究,归纳总结了余吾煤矿某工作面顶板岩层破断规律。分析现场实测的液压支架阻力数据表明,工作面初次来压步距为42 m左右,周期来压步距为15 m左右。顶板破断及来压规律与理论分析、数值模拟结果基本吻合。Based on the Ressine thick plate theory,the mechanical characteristics of the layered roof of a certain working face in Yuwu Coal Mine were studied,and the deflection distribution state of the basic roof of the working face when it was broken for the first time was analyzed.Meanwhile,3DEC numerical simulation software was used to systematically analyze and study the characteristics of overburden deformation and fracture process in the mining process of the working face,and the fracture law of the roof rock layer of a certain working face in Yuwu Coal Mine was summarized and summarized.Analyzing the measured resistance data of the hydraulic support on site,it was found that the initial weighting interval of the working face was about 42 m,and the periodic weighting interval was about 15 m.The laws of roof fracture and weighting were basically consistent with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation results.
