摘 要:针对主煤仓下落到甲带式给煤机的煤为稀煤时引发的欻煤现象,设计了一种基于PLC控制的、应用于甲带式给煤机的出稀煤闸门自动调节系统。系统建立4个等级的避险级别,先按照避险级别进行大程度的闸门关闭,再进行PID模糊控制恢复输送量,同时对PLC进行仿真实验。研究表明,通过PLC控制器可以实时调节闸门的开启程度,并且在三元煤业进行试验与应用,实现了对欻煤事故的预防和处理。A PLC controlled automatic adjustment system for the discharge coal gate of the a-belt coal feeder was designed to address the phenomenon of coal sloshing caused by the coal falling from the main coal bin into the a-belt coal feeder being thin coal.The system establishes four levels of risk avoidance.Firstly,the gate is closed to a large degree according to the risk avoidance level,and then PID fuzzy control is used to restore the conveying volume.At the same time,simulation experiments are conducted on the PLC,and it is analyzed that the opening degree of the gate can be adjusted in real time through the PLC controller.The experiment and application in the Sanyuan Coal Industry have achieved the prevention and treatment of coal mining accidents.
