摘 要:随着煤矿现代化、信息化、智能化发展,防爆无轨胶轮车在煤矿应用越来越广泛。防爆无轨胶轮车在运行过程中产生的尾气污染严重,尤其是尾气中一氧化碳(CO)、氮氧化物(NOx)、微小颗粒物(PM)等严重污染井下空气、危害井下作业人员的身体健康。针对陕西郭家河煤业有限公司防爆无轨胶轮车运行中产生尾气的现状,采用增强型氧化型催化器(DOC-Z)技术和催化型颗粒捕集技术(CDPF)治理尾气,对车辆尾气中的CO、PM有害物质进行净化处理,可以有效改善井下空气质量。With the development of coal mine modernization,information and intelligence,explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicles are more and more widely used in coal mine.The tail gas pollution caused by explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicles is serious during its operation,especially,carbon monoxide(CO),nitrogen oxide(NO_(x))and fine particulate matter(PM-RRB-in the tail gas seriously pollute the underground air and endanger the health of underground workers.Aiming at the present situation of the tail gas produced in the operation of the explosion-proof trackless rubber-tyred vehicles in Shaanxi Guojiahe Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,using enhanced oxidation type catalyst(DOC-Z)technology and catalytic type particle trap(CDPF)technology to treat tail gas can effectively improve underground air quality by purifying harmful substances such as CO and PM in vehicle tail gas.
