工作面终采线外错布置冲击危险性分析及防治技术

摘  要:受工作面开采布局及现场条件制约,7618工作面终采线外错7620采空区布置,给工作面安全生产带来一定影响。实测分析了7620工作面回采期间及7618工作面掘进期间微震事件分布特征,数值模拟了7618工作面终采线外错区域应力演化特征,得出随着终采线外错距离不断增加,其前方煤体内超前支承压力峰值逐渐减小,总结了终采线外错区域冲击危险主控因素包括开采深度、断层构造及采空区影响。制定了以煤体大直径卸压钻孔及顶板预裂爆破为主的冲击危险防治方案,为类似条件下冲击危险防治工作提供借鉴。Restricted by the mining layout of the working face and the on-site conditions,the terminal line of the No.7618 working face is staggered layout of the No.7620 goaf,bring certain impact on the safe production of the working face.The distribution characteristics of microseismic events during the mining period of No.7620 working face and the driving period of No.7618 working face were measured and analyzed,and numerically simulated the stress evolution characteristics of the staggered area of the terminal line of No.7618 working face.It was found that as the distance of the staggered area of the terminal line continued to increase,the peak of the leading support pressure in the front coal body gradually decreased,summarized the main control factors of rock burst hazard in the staggered area of the terminal line,including mining depth,fault structure,and the impact of goaf.The prevention and control scheme of rock burst hazard based on large diameter pressure relief drilling and roof presplitting blasting was formulated,which has provided reference for the prevention and control of impact hazard under similar conditions.
