摘 要:北京某制药厂房正在使用中,因提高产能需要扩建,扩建工程基坑紧邻既有厂房,距离原厂房基础只有0.8~1.4m。为减少变形和震动对现有车间的影响,需严格控制新开挖基坑的位移、沉降和震动。该项目的设计、施工过程中采取了多项措施,有效地规避了上述风险,很好地控制了变形。本文使用理正深基坑软件对支护设计进行了验算,以实际基坑位移监测结果对计算结果进行了验证。A pharmaceutical factory building in Beijing is in use.Extension is required to increase production capacity.The foundation pit of the extension project is close to the existing factory building and only 0.8-1.4m away from the original factory foundation.In order to reduce the influence of deformation and vibration on the existing workshop,it is necessary to strictly control the displacement,settlement and vibration of the newly excavated foundation pit.Many measures have been taken during the design and construction of the project,which effectively avoid the above-mentioned risks and control the deformation well.In this paper,the support design is checked by the Lizheng Deep Foundation Pit software,and the calculation results are verified by the actual foundation pit displacement monitoring results.
