摘 要:为探究废弃木材利用水蒸气法制备活性炭过程中,能量转化规律和系统能源的利用效率,本文研究了废弃木材在炭化和水蒸气活化过程中固、液、气三相物质和能量分布。研究表明,炭化过程中,炭化料得率为25.03%,合成气得率为15.69%,焦油得率为23.12%,能量输出为68.63%。活化过程中,活性炭得率为67.42%,能量输出为80.77%,全过程活性炭得率为16.88%。活性炭制备过程中产生的可燃气体可实现能量自供给,且炭化和活化过程分别有64%和44.80%的能量剩余。炭化过程产生焦油热值高达13.71 MJ/kg,可考虑将其燃烧供热。To explore the energy conversion rule and system energy utilization efficiency in the process of preparing activated carbon by steam method from waste wood,this paper studied the material of solid,liquid and gas phase and energy distribution,which were produced during the carbonization and activation processes of activated carbon.The results showed that the yield of carbonized material,syngas and tar were 25.03%,15.69%and 23.12%respectively,and the energy output was 68.63%.In the process of activation,the yield of activated carbon was 67.42%,the energy output was 80.77%,and the whole process activated carbon yield was 16.88%.The combustible gas generated during the preparation of activated carbon can realize self-supply of energy,64%and 44.80%energy of carbonization and activation processes were residual.The heat value of the tar was 13.71 MJ/kg,which can be considered burning for heating.
