摘  要:为探究印染行业污水氨氮的准确测定方法,本次研究以纳氏试剂比色法为基础,参考已有研究资料对基于纳氏试剂比色法的印染行业污水氨氮测定实验流程进行了探讨,并通过实验确定了最优的实验参数组合为反应体系的pH为10,显色时间为10 min,且纳氏试剂的用量为1.0 mL。基于此实验参数组合做进一步实验后显示,其RSD和加标回收率等指标均较优,表明本次实验方法具有较高的精密度与可行性。In order to explore the accurate determination method of ammonia nitrogen in wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry,this study is based on the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method and refers to existing research data to explore the experimental process of ammonia nitrogen determination in wastewater from the printing and dyeing industry based on the Nessler's reagent colorimetric method.Through experiments,the optimal experimental parameter combination was determined to be a reaction system pH of 10,a color development time of 10 minutes,and a Nessler's reagent dosage of 1.0 mL.Based on this experimental parameter combination,further experiments showed that its RSD and spiked recovery rate were both excellent,indicating that the experimental method has high precision and feasibility.
