基于小管密封法的土壤有机质测定探究

摘  要:为探究土壤有机质测定工作质量的提升路径,在参考已有研究文献的基础上,以小管密封法为基础进行土壤有机质测定,通过实验确定在消解温度170℃和消解时间30 min时,土壤有机质测定实验可取得相对较高的准确性。同时,本次设计的小管密封法在准确性方面明显优于传统的化学氧化法,表明该实验方法具有一定的实际应用价值。In order to explore the improvement path of soil organic matter determination quality,based on the reference of existing research literature,the small tube sealing method was used as the basis for soil organic matter determination.Through experiments,it was determined that the soil organic matter determination experiment can achieve relatively high accuracy at a digestion temperature of 170℃and a digestion time of 30 minutes.Meanwhile,the small tube sealing method designed in this study has significantly better accuracy than traditional chemical oxidation methods,indicating that this experimental method has certain practical application value.
