摘  要:本文介绍山西潞安煤基清洁能源有限责任公司制氢厂变压吸附提氢装置改造前后的工艺流程。主要针对该装置原料气组分变化,在原装置软硬件不动的前提下,通过调整装置使用的各种吸附剂配比及每种吸附剂使用数量,使得氢气产量和综合收率达到预想的改造效果,技改成效显著,有力保障了下游用氢单位正常生产。This article introduces the process flow before and after the transformation of the pressure swing adsorption hydrogen extraction device in the hydrogen production plant of Shanxi Lu'an Coal-based Clean Energy Co.,Ltd.Mainly aimed at the changes in the composition of the raw gas in the device,while keeping the original software and hardware unchanged,the various adsorbent ratios and the quantity of each adsorbent used in the device were adjusted to achieve the expected transformation effect in hydrogen production and comprehensive yield.The technical transformation effect was significant,effectively ensuring the normal production of downstream hydrogen consuming units.
