摘 要:矿山机械设备及选矿设备在矿山生产中扮演重要角色,相关设备的稳定运行是保障矿山生产效率的基础和前提。在矿山生产过程中,设备故障时常出现,如何正确使用和维护设备,诊断并排除设备故障,成为矿山机械设备管理的重要任务。本文探讨了矿山机械设备及选矿设备的故障诊断与维护技术,介绍了矿山机械设备及选矿设备的常见故障及成因,阐述了常见的故障诊断技术,旨在为矿山设备的故障诊断和维护工作提供参考和借鉴。Mine mechanical equipment and mineral processing equipment play an important role in mine production,and the stable operation of related equipment is the basis and premise to ensure the mine production efficiency.In the process of mine production,equipment faults often occur.How to correctly use and maintain equipment,as well as diagnose and eliminate equipment faults has become an important task of mine mechanical equipment management.This paper discusses the fault diagnosis and maintenance technology of mine mechanical equipment and mineral processing equipment,introduces the common faults and causes of mine mechanical equipment and mineral processing equipment,and expounds the common fault diagnosis technology,aiming to provide reference for the fault diagnosis and maintenance of mine equipment.
