摘  要:临时支护装置作为掘锚机最为重要的组成部分,其本身的结构与功能会直接影响到煤矿的开采安全。所以,为了最大限度地保证煤矿开采安全,以及掘锚作业人员的人身安全,切实解决掘锚机机载支护问题刻不容缓。鉴于此,本文笔者在总结了相关参考文献的基础上,对煤矿井下地质情况加以分析,提出满足煤矿井下实际作业条件的掘锚机机载临时支护结构设计改进思路,以期为广大同行在掘锚机今后的升级改造工作上提供有益的参考借鉴。Temporary support device is the most important component of the anchor windlass,its structure and function directly affect the mining safety of coal mines.Therefore,in order to ensure the mining safety of coal mines to the greatest extent,as well as the personal safety of anchor windlass operators,it is urgent to effectively solve the problem of airborne support of anchor windlass.In view of this condition,the authors summarize the relevant references,analyzes the underground geological conditions of the coal mines,and puts forward the idea of improving the design of the airborne temporary support structure of anchor windlass that meets the actual operating conditions of the coal mines,aiming to provide useful reference for the majority of peers in the future upgrading and transformation of the anchor windlass.
