摘　　要：水工隧洞等截面或变截面碳化混凝土表面需补强加固,以提高隧洞抗渗性能和耐久性。通过试验自制了可调节全断面刷毛机,进行衬砌刷毛,确保刷毛精度,保证碳纤维片粘贴紧密与牢固,与原结构形成整体,共同工作,以满足隧洞补强加固后输水能力要求。In the case of hydraulic tunnels with constant or variable cross-sections,the surface of carbonized concrete needs reinforcement to improve tunnel impermeability and durability.Through experimentation,a self-made adjustable full-section brushing machine was developed to carry out lining brushing,ensuring brushing precision and ensuring the tight and firm adhesion of carbon fiber sheets.This integration with the original structure ensures that they work together as a whole,meeting the water conveyance capacity requirements after tunnel reinforcement.
