摘  要:压电材料可实现机械能与电能的相互转换,采用增材制造的方式,将具有压电性能的钛酸钡(BaTiO_(3),BT)功能陶瓷材料打造为三维结构。通过对比PDMS、BT/PDMS和三维(BT)/PDMS柔性复合材料的介电频谱测试结果,发现三维结构有助于提升复合材料的介电性能。同时,在一定的循环压力下对比了以上三者的输出电压,表明三维结构能大幅提升复合材料的输出电压,且极化后内部电势场的建立将3D-BT/PDMS的输出电压提升至250mV。可见3D-BT/PDMS复合柔性聚合物具有优异的电能转换能力,在柔性电容器和柔性传感器等领域有巨大的应用潜力。The mutual conversion of mechanical energy and electrical energy could be realized by piezoelectric materials.In this study,barium titanate(BaTiO_(3),BT) functional ceramic materials with piezoelectric properties were fabricated into a three-dimensional structure by means of additive manufacturing.By comparing the dielectric spectrum test results of PDMS,BT/PDMS and three-dimensional(BT)/PDMS flexible composites,it was found that the three-dimensional structure helps to enhance the dielectric properties of the composites.Additionally,the output voltages of the above were compared under a certain cyclic pressure,indicating that the three-dimensional structure significantly increased the output voltage of the composite.And the establishment of an internal potential field after polarization raised the output voltage of 3D-BT/PDMS to 250 mV.Consequently,the flexible 3D-BT/PDMS composite exhibits excellent electrical energy conversion capabilities and holds tremendous application potential in fields such as flexible capacitors and sensors.
