摘  要:目的 了解2017-2020年通化市土源性线虫感染情况和流行特征,为制订防制对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法 2017-2020年通化市抽取5个社区(村),每个社区(村)每年抽取3岁以上常住居民200人,收集调查人群粪便样本,采用改良加藤涂片法检测土源性线虫虫卵。结果 2017-2020年通化市共调查4 000人,检出感染土源性线虫81人(感染率为2.02%),全部为蛔虫感染;不同年份、区域、性别、职业人群土源性线虫感染情况不同,差异有统计学意义(年份:χ^(2)=40.260,P<0.05;区域:χ^(2)=38.483,P<0.05;性别:χ^(2)=10.220,P<0.05;职业:χ^(2)=22.405,P<0.05);不同年龄、文化程度人群土源性线虫感染情况基本相同,差异无统计学意义(年龄:χ^(2)=8.517,P>0.05;文化程度:χ^(2)=6.203,P>0.05)。结论 2017-2020年通化市土源性线虫感染主要为蛔虫感染,感染率总体呈下降趋势。应结合通化市实际情况,继续采取针对性干预措施,进一步推进土源性线虫感染的防治工作,降低土源性线虫感染率。Objective To understand the situation and epidemiological characteristics of Soil-transmitted nematodes infections in Tonghua City from 2017 to 2020,and to provide a scientific basis for formulating prevention and control strategies and evaluating prevention and control effects.Methods From 2017 to 2020,five communities(villages)in Tonghua City were selected by district,and 200 permanent residents over 3 years of age were selected in each community(village)each year to collect fecal samples from the surveyed population and detect Soil-transmitted nematode eggs used the modified Kato smear method.Results From 2017 to 2020,a total of 4000 people were investigated in Tonghua City,and 81 people were detected to be infected with Soil-transmitted nematodes(the infection rate of 2.02%),all of which were infected with roundworm.The Soil-transmitted nematodes infections differed among different years,regions,genders and occupations,and the differences were statistically significant(year:x^(2)=40.260,P<0.05;region:x^(2)=38.483,P<0.05;gender:x^(2)=10.220,P<0.05;occupation:x^(2)=22.405,P<0.05).The Soil-transmitted nematodes infections were basically the same among people of different ages and literacy levels,and the differences were not statistically significant(age:x^(2)=8.517,P>0.05;literacy level:x^(2)=6.203,P>0.05).Conclusion The Soil-transmitted nematode infections in Tonghua City are mainly Roundworm from 2017 to 2020,with an overall decreasing trend in the infection rate.In view of the actual situation in Tonghua City,we should continue to take targeted intervention measures to further promote the prevention and control of Soil-transmited nematode infections and reduce the infection rate of Soil-transmited nematodes.
