摘 要:为了解贵州省仁怀市苔藓植物的物种多样性,主要采用样线法对其开展调查。本研究从丰富性、属种相似性分析、区系成分分析和生态群落4个评价指标对仁怀苔藓植物物种多样性进行综合评价。结果表明:仁怀市现有苔藓植物3门4纲30目68科166属469种(含4亚种、10变种),其中藓类植物2纲15目42科125属364种(含6变种)、苔类植物1纲13目24科39属103种(含4亚种、4变种)及角苔类植物1纲2目2科2属2种,种类丰富,并发现大量的新分布类群;区系组成中以东亚成分占主要优势,且温带的特征明显并与热带成分联系密切;与宽阔水和习水中亚热带常绿阔叶林国家级自然保护区相比,仁怀市苔藓植物丰富度较高,属、种相似度较高;生态类型以石生为主,叶附生类型最少,同时具典型的水生类型。调查结果为仁怀市苔藓植物种类组成、空间关系和资源分布格局的分析提供理论依据,为苔藓植物的保护和合理开发利用奠定基础。In order to gain further understanding of the variety of Renhuai bryophytes,a comprehensive assessment of bryophyte species diversity is to be conducted,taking into account four evaluation indexes:richness,species similarity analysis,floristic composition analysis,and ecological community analysis through the transect method.The research has demonstrated that the mosses population of Renhuai City is composed of 469 species in 3 phyla,4 classes,30 orders,68 families,166 genera(including 4 subspecies,10 varieties).This includes 2 classes,15 orders,42 families,125 genera,364 species(including 6 varieties),1 class,13 orders,24 families,39 genera,103 species(including 4 subspecies,4 varieties)of liverworts,and 1 class,2 orders,2 families,2 genera,2 species of hornwort.Moreover,the study has also revealed a considerable amount of new distribution groups.The floristic components are mainly East Asian in nature,with temperate characteristics and a close link to tropical components also observed.Renhuai City exhibits a higher bryophyte richness and more similarity in terms of genus and species when compared to Kuangkuanshui and Xishui subtropical evergreen broad-leaved forest national Nature Reserve.The ecological types of moss are mainly lithophytic,the leaf epiphytic type being the least common,and there are also typical aquatic types.This research offers a theoretical foundation for the species composition,spatial arrangement,and resource allocation of bryophytes in Renhuai City,thus providing a basis for their protection,as well as for the rational utilization and development of these organisms.
