摘 要:本文提出了一种工作在TM_(01)模式下的高功率微波(HPM)滤波器。HPM滤波器主要由圆形波导、TM_(01)-TE_(10)模式转换器和几个基于扇形波导的TE_(10)模式扇形波导滤波器组成。TM_(01)-TE_(10)模式转换器可以将输入的大功率TM_(01)模式电磁波分成多个TE_(10)模式输出微波。平行放置扇形波导滤波器用来提高功率容量。在这种结构中,通过并联更多的滤波器可以实现更高的功率容量。为了验证本文所述设计方法的有效性,给出了一个工作在X波段的HPM滤波器,并进行了数值模拟。仿真结果验证了该方法的有效性。本文提出的HPM滤波器具有体积小、设计简单等优点。通过增加平行放置TE_(10)模式滤波器的数量,该HPM滤波器的功率容量可以继续增加。A high power microwave(HPM)filter operating at TM_(01) mode was proposed in this paper.The HPM filter was mainly constituted of circular waveguide,TM_(01)-TE_(10) mode converter and several arc-rectangular waveguide filters operating at TE_(10) mode based on sector waveguide.The TM_(01)-TE_(10) mode converter can divide the input high-power electromagnetic wave operating at TM_(01) mode into multiple output microwaves operating in TE_(10) mode.The arc-rectangular waveguide filters were placed in parallel which can improve the power capacity.In this structure,higher power capacity can be achieved by connecting a larger number of filters in parallel.In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,a HPM filter working at X-band is given,and the corresponding numerical simulation is carried out.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the method.The HPM filter has the advantages of compact size and easy design,whose power capacity can be easily expanded by increasing the number of parallel TE_(10) mode filters.
