穴位贴敷联合穴位按压在妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐预防中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨穴位贴敷联合穴位按压在妇科腹腔镜术后恶心呕吐预防中的应用效果。方法 选取92例妇科腹腔镜手术治疗患者,利用随机数字表法分为两组,每组46例。对照组实施常规围手术期护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施穴位贴敷联合穴位按压。比较两组患者术后恶心呕吐的严重程度、因术后恶心呕吐的不适感评分。结果 观察组术后恶心呕吐的严重程度显著轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术后因恶心呕吐的不适感评分(2.79±0.85)分显著低于对照组的(6.43±1.29)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对妇科腹腔镜手术患者实施穴位贴敷联合穴位按压,有助于缓解其术后恶心呕吐的严重程度,减轻患者术后不适感,促进术后早期康复。Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application combined with acupoint pressure on the prevention of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 92 gynecological laparoscopic patients were selected and divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the observation group was given acupoint application combined with acupressure based on the control group.The severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting and discomfort scores due to postoperative nausea and vomiting were compared between the two groups.Results The severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting in the observation group was significantly less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The discomfort score of nausea and vomiting in observation group(2.79±0.85) was significantly lower than that in control group(6.43±1.29),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying acupoint application and acupressure to gynecological laparoscopic surgery patients can help alleviate the severity of postoperative nausea and vomiting,reduce postoperative discomfort and promote early postoperative recovery.
