盆底重建术治疗女性盆底脱垂的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨盆底重建术治疗女性盆底脱垂的临床效果。方法 选取80例女性盆底脱垂患者,将其根据随机抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组40例。对照组采用常规康复干预措施,研究组采用盆底重建术进行治疗。对比两组临床治疗效果、治疗前后尿失禁评分、盆底肌张力评分。结果 研究组临床总有效率95.00%明显高于对照组的75.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后研究组尿失禁评分低于对照组,盆底肌张力评分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 盆底脱垂患者使用盆底重建术治疗能够有效改善尿失禁情况以及盆底肌张力,同时具有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of pelvic floor reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor prolapse.Methods 80 female patients with pelvic floor prolapse were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random drawing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine rehabilitation intervention,and the study group was treated with pelvic floor reconstruction.The clinical treatment effect,urinary incontinence score and pelvic floor muscle tension score were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 95.00% in the study group was significantly higher than 75.00% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the urinary incontinence score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the pelvic floor muscle tension score was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pelvic floor reconstruction can effectively improve urinary incontinence and pelvic floor muscle tension in patients with pelvic floor prolapse,and has a good clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
