自拟中药方联合低频脉冲电治疗对产后子宫复旧的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨产妇产后采取自拟中药方联合低频脉冲电治疗子宫复旧的效果。方法 选取80名分娩产妇,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组40名。对照组采用自拟中药方治疗,研究组采用低频脉冲电治疗联合自拟中药方。比较两组干预效果。结果 干预后,与对照组相比,研究组产后24 h出血量及宫腔积血量较少,分娩后3~5 d的宫底高度、B超子宫三径之和较小,恶露持续时间较短(P<0.05)。研究组恶露排净率、B超结果恢复正常率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产后5 d、42 d子宫明显小于对照组,子宫复旧不全率2.50%较对照组的15.00%低(P<0.05)。结论 自拟中药方联合低频脉冲电治疗对产后子宫复旧的疗效较好,能够降低宫底高度,促进恶露排出,减少产后出血量及宫腔积血量,加快产妇康复进程,促进其子宫复旧,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To investigate the effect of self-designed Chinese prescription combined with low-frequency pulsed electric therapy on uterine involution after delivery.Methods 80 parturients were selected and divided into control group and study group according to random number table method,with 40 in each group.The control group was treated with self-designed Chinese medicine,and the study group was treated with low-frequency pulsed electric therapy combined with self-designed Chinese medicine.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results After intervention,compared with the control group,24 h postpartum blood loss and uterine blood volume in the study group were less,the fundal height and the sum of uterine diameter by B-ultrasound 3~5 days after delivery were smaller,and the duration of lochia was shorter(P<0.05).Lochia emission rate and B-ultrasonography results were higher than those of the study group(P<0.05).The size of uterus in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 5 and 42 days postpartum,and the rate of uterine dysfunction(2.50%) was lower than that in the control group(15.00%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The self-prepared Chinese prescription combined with low-frequency pulsed electric therapy has a good effect on postpartum uterine relapse,which can reduce the height of the uterine floor,promote the discharge of lochia,reduce the amount of postpartum blood loss and uterine blood accumulation,accelerate the recovery process of parturients,and promote the uterine relapse,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
