雌孕激素联合疗法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的 分析雌孕激素联合疗法治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的临床效果。方法 选取80例青春期功能性子宫出血患者,根据随机抽签法分成对照组与研究组,各40例。对照组应用雌激素治疗,研究组应用雌孕激素联合疗法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果 研究组患者的月经调节总有效率100%高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的出血控制时间与完全止血时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 青春期功能性子宫出血患者采取雌孕激素联合疗法治疗,效果显著,具有止血作用,有利于提升生活质量,安全性较高。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of combined estrogen and progesterone therapy on adolescent functional uterine bleeding.Methods 80 adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding were selected and divided into control group and study group with 40 cases each according to random drawing method.The control group was treated with estrogen,the study group was treated with estrogen progesterone combined therapy,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of menstrual regulation in the study group was 100% higher than that in the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of bleeding control and complete hemostasis in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of estrogen and progesterone for adolescent patients with functional uterine bleeding has a remarkable effect,has a hemostatic effect,is conducive to improving the quality of life,and has a high safety.
