腕踝针联合耳穴贴压对产后宫缩痛的效果观察

摘　　要：目的 研究腕踝针联合耳穴贴压对产后宫缩痛的效果。方法 选取60名产后宫缩痛产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,各30名。对照组给予常规产后护理措施,研究组给予腕踝针联合耳穴贴压干预措施。比较两组临床效果。结果 研究组临床总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05)。两组产妇干预后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较干预前均显著降低,且研究组干预后VAS评分降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组干预后24 h内与48 h内阴道出血量均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 腕踝针联合耳穴贴压对产后宫缩痛的效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛症状,减少出血量,值得临床推广与应用。Objective To study the effect of wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point on contractive pain after labor.Methods 60 parturients with uterine contractions were selected and divided into control group and study group with 30 parturients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was given routine postpartum nursing measures,and the study group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking intervention measures.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.33%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.33%)(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS) score after intervention in both groups was significantly lower than that before intervention,and the VAS score in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding within 24 h and 48 h after intervention in the study group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking has remarkable effect on postpartum contraction pain,which can effectively relieve pain symptoms and reduce blood loss,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
