宫腔镜与经阴道超声诊断异常子宫出血的价值

摘  要:目的 探讨宫腔镜与经阴道超声诊断异常子宫出血的价值。方法 选取164例异常子宫出血患者,根据随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组82例。对照组采用经阴道超声检查,观察组采用宫腔镜检查。比较两组检查结果、诊断效能。结果 经阴道超声诊断准确率为75.61%,敏感度73.77%,特异度80.95%。宫腔镜诊断准确率为90.24%,敏感度91.80%,特异度85.71%。观察组诊断准确率、敏感度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。宫腔镜对妊娠物残留、子宫内膜息肉、子宫内膜增殖、黏膜下肌瘤、子宫内膜癌的符合率分别为87.50%、76.47%、86.21%、83.33%、100%,诊断符合率为84.15%。结论 异常子宫出血患者采用宫腔镜检查诊断效能高于经阴道超声检查,且分型诊断符合率高。Objective To investigate the value of hysteroscopy and transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosing abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods 164 patients with abnormal uterine bleeding were selected and divided into two groups with 82 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group underwent transvaginal ultrasonography and the observation group underwent hysteroscopy.The results and diagnostic efficiency of the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity and specificity of transvaginal ultrasound were 75.61%,73.77% and 80.95%.Hysteroscopy diagnosis accuracy rate of 90.24%,sensitivity of 91.80%,specificity of 85.71%.The diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity of observation group were higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The compliance rates of hysteroscopy for pregnancy residue,endometrial polyp,endometrial proliferation,submucosal myoma and endometrial cancer were 87.50%,76.47%,86.21%,83.33% and 100%,respectively,and the diagnostic compliance rates were 84.15%.Conclusion The diagnostic efficacy of hysteroscopy was higher than that of transvaginal ultrasound in patients with abnormal uterine bleeding,and the diagnostic conformity rate was higher.
